AFTER ONE YEAR OF PROJECT, TEACHERS' OPINIONS

Voici un an que nous avons débuté ce projet raleatif au climat et aux modifications actuelles que le monde connait partout sur notre planète.  Il était intéressant de connaître les avis des acteurs de ce projet. C'est pourquoi nous avons demandé aux différents acteurs de ce projet de nous donner leur avis sur le projet, les activiotés que nous avons menées, le mobilités que nous effectuons.   Grâce à ce questionnaire et aux réponses reçues, nous prendrons le temps, durant la mobilité TNM de Lancusi en juin pmrochain, sd'examiner les réponses reçues et d'adapter notre programme selon les réponses et leurs orientations.

One year ago we started this project that is raleative to the climate and current changes that the world is experiencing all over our planet. It was interesting to hear the views of those involved in this project. That is why we asked the different actors of this project to give us their opinion on the project, the activities we have carried out, the mobilities we carry out. With this questionnaire and the responses received, we will take time during the TNM mobility in Lancusi in June pmrochain to review the responses received and adapt our program according to the answers and their orientations.

Oui, je rédige des rapports que je transmets à mon coordinateur. Ce dernier se charge ensuite de les publier sur le site.

De ce fait, je ne les adresse pas directement aux partenaires.

 Nous avons travaillé avec des élèves de 4e, 5e et 6e années primaires, soit des enfants âgés de 9 à 12 ans.

En tant que responsable du groupe, j'ai accompagné les enfants lors de la mobilité et je les ai encadrés tout le séjour, assistée par mon professeur d'éducation physique. L'ensemble des démarches administratives et financières en amont, telles que la réservation des billets d'avion, a été pris en charge par mon coordinateur. J'ai également animé les réunions d'information à destination des parents afin de leur présenter le projet de mobilité, de répondre à leurs questions et de collecter tous les documents nécessaires au voyage.

Quel est votre ressenti au sujet de cette mobilité ?

Cette expérience a été extrêmement enrichissante pour les enfants. Ce que je trouve particulièrement émouvant lors de ces voyages, c’est de voir des élèves prendre l’avion pour la première fois — une opportunité qu’ils n’auraient peut-être jamais eue autrement. Je tiens également à souligner l’organisation remarquable et l’accueil chaleureux de notre partenaire grecque, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour faire de ce séjour une aventure inoubliable et formatrice.

Elle a veillé à ce que les activités et les repas proposés offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix, en privilégiant des options abordables sans compromettre la qualité.

Que retenez-vous de positif au sujet de ce projet ?

What positive things do you remember about this project?

Ce projet représente un investissement personnel conséquent, mais il me tient particulièrement à cœur tant il est bénéfique pour mes élèves. Initialement, je pensais que, une fois la mobilité achevée, les élèves ne participeraient plus au club Erasmus, qui se déroule en dehors des heures scolaires et sur une base volontaire. À ma grande surprise, tous les enfants ont continué à y venir avec enthousiasme, ce qui nous a permis de partager non seulement des moments d'apprentissage, mais aussi des instants de convivialité et d'échange précieux.

Lors de la mobilité en Grèce, ce projet m'a laissé des souvenirs marquants : des rencontres enrichissantes, des activités partagées entre les enfants des différents pays partenaires, des visites culturelles captivantes et, surtout, des liens humains forts. Cette expérience a véritablement renforcé le sentiment d'appartenance européenne chez les élèves et a contribué à leur épanouissement personnel.

Y a-t-il eu des éléments négatifs au cours de cette première année ?

Mon objectif est de permettre au plus grand nombre d'enfants de participer activement à ce projet, afin qu'ils puissent vivre une expérience aussi enrichissante. Cependant, les subventions disponibles étant limitées, nous sommes contraints de sélectionner un nombre restreint de participants. Cette nécessité constitue, à mes yeux, le seul aspect négatif du projet, car elle implique d'expliquer cette contrainte aux parents, de gérer leur éventuelle incompréhension et de faire face à la déception des enfants non retenus. Il est particulièrement difficile de déterminer des critères équitables pour sélectionner 8 enfants sur 24.

À mes yeux, ce projet est remarquable. Il serait encore plus bénéfique si l'ensemble de la classe pouvait y participer sans restriction, comme c'était le cas auparavant.

Sans aucun doute et plus motivée que jamais.

Je suis pleinement engagée à participer activement à toutes les activités que mon coordinateur, nos partenaires et moi-même programmerons. De plus, je souhaite vivement renouveler l'expérience du club Erasmus, qui a été une aventure particulièrement enrichissante.

Pour conclure, je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude envers mon coordinateur pour son investissement exceptionnel, ses conseils avisés et son dévouement sans faille. Grâce à son engagement, ce projet a pu se concrétiser et offrir aux élèves de 6 pays différents une expérience inoubliable. Personnellement, je suis convaincue que sans lui, cette initiative n'aurait pas été possible.

I am the Deutch teacher at school.

I am the teacher in charge of science and geography classes in P5 and P6. I usually accompany the class during the project's LTTA mobility.

Climate change is a central topic of conversation around the world. The activities we conducted helped improve our students' knowledge in a diverse and fun way.

I wish I had more time to delve into some of the climate lessons.

Lead the project, advise partners, give some activities related to climate, clouds, the difference between weather and climate, organize the meeting with a meteorologist, meridian and tropics

Review partner reports, recall reports in case of delay, plan compliance with activities during mobility, plan the transport of our students for mobility, organize mobility in Belgium, resolve any incidents occurring during the project.

No, because I had just had knee surgery.

How do you feel about this mobility?

Maria's feedback has been ravenous, both for the planned activities and the cultural visits. The participants in this mobility will certainly have fantastic memories of this week in Greece.

The wealth and diversity of activities offered to partners.

The slowness of activity reports from some partners.

Not all planned activities were carried out and will therefore be the first projects of the second year of the Project.

How to improve project progress?

Partners are reminded of the Charter they have signed regarding the regularity of reporting at the end of each activity. Financial penalties apply if the reporting is not respected.

I help the Director plan and prepare various activities:

- researching interesting articles in the Children's Journal and preparing questionnaires

- developing a questionnaire with the fourth-grade students to invite an international truck driver.

The children asked their prepared questions, followed by others.

The American driver had prepared a PowerPoint presentation about his current work at Shape and also about his time working in the USA. It was a wonderful experience, with many discussions and great interest from the children.

Propose the topics well in advance to have time to schedule them, carry them out and submit the reports.
