Decisions taken	Madame LAURENT began the meeting by warmly thanking the parents for their trust and dedication. She reminded them that during the back-to-school meeting, the ERASMUS+ project had already been introduced to all families. Only the parents of selected, motivated, and available students were present this time. She then presented: The travel plan Departure and return dates The different stages of the trip Accommodation details Meal arrangements for the students Additionally, she informed parents that the project received €15,000 in funding from the European agency, but that additional expenses would require a parental contribution of €450 per student to complete the budget.
